3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

4. LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING Your personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds in accordance with Article 5 of the KVKK:

  • Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise, or protection of any right (Art. 5/2-e)

5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA Limited to the realization of the purposes listed above, your personal data may be transferred to cargo and logistics companies, payment and banking institutions, e-commerce infrastructure and cloud service providers (Shopify Inc.), accounting and legal consultants, marketing and analytics service providers, and legally authorized public institutions and organizations within the scope of Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Due to the international e-commerce and cloud infrastructure we use, your data may be stored on servers located abroad; these transfers are carried out in accordance with the data security conditions stipulated in the KVKK.

6. DATA COLLECTION METHOD Your personal data is collected through automated or partially automated methods via the forms you fill out on our website, membership and order transactions, email correspondence, communication channels, and cookies.

RETENTION PERIOD Your personal data is retained for the period required by the processing purposes and for the legal retention periods stipulated in the relevant legislation (a minimum of 10 years for commercial and tax records). Upon the expiration of this period, the data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with legal procedures.

8. YOUR RIGHTS AS THE DATA SUBJECT (KVKK Art. 11)

  • To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing it exclusively through automated systems,

  • To request compensation for the damages in case you suffer a loss due to unlawful processing.

Depending on the nature of the request, your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest.
