ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product, whose qualities and sales price are specified on the site, which the BUYER ordered electronically from the SELLER's website https://tilavethanem.com.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT, PAYMENT, AND DELIVERY INFORMATION 3.1. The type, quantity, brand/model, color, sales price, and delivery information of the products consist of the information available at the time the order is concluded. 3.2. Payment Method: Credit Card / Debit Card or Cash on Delivery (Cash/Card). 3.3. Delivery: The Product(s) are delivered to the delivery address specified by the BUYER via the contracted shipping company from the SELLER's local warehouses in Türkiye, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.

ARTICLE 4 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN PROCESS 4.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the product without assuming any legal or penal liability and without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product subject to the contract to themselves or the person/organization at the address indicated. 4.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be made to the SELLER via the address destek@tilavethanem.com within this period. 4.3. The products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with their box, packaging, and standard accessories, if any. The return of used, damaged, or unsellable products is not accepted. 4.4. If the right of withdrawal is exercised and the returned product is sent via the SELLER's contracted shipping company, the return shipping fee is covered by the SELLER. 4.5. After the return is approved, the product price is refunded within 14 days using the payment method the BUYER used (refund to the card for credit card payments, wire transfer to the specified bank account for cash on delivery).

ARTICLE 5 – GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DECLARATION OF TRANSPARENCY 5.1. The BUYER declares that they have read and been informed about the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the product subject to the contract on the website https://tilavethanem.com and have given the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment. 5.2. The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product subject to the contract sound, complete, and in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order. Product shipments are carried out quickly and securely through the logistics operations in Türkiye of the Denmark-based Complete International Projects Limited.

ARTICLE 6 – RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES In the implementation of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the place of residence of the BUYER or SELLER are authorized up to the value declared by the relevant Ministries.

In the event of an order taking place, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract.
